I am curious to see which Micro Stock Companies you all will be dropping in 2014.
Here is my list of companies that are on my radar screen to be cleansed-
Top Dogs
Yay
Zoonar
Crestock
Photospin
Stockfresh
on Probation
Veer
Deposit Photo
FAA

I won't be dropping any of the ones I've taken the time to upload to, unless they do something awful. Slow sales is a reason to stop uploading, maybe, but I don't see any reason to pull my port.
I think the new year may hold some more changes at some of the bigger sites, so if that happens I may have to re-evaluate.
(-1 was not from me, BTW)

I've dropped sites that aren't making sales because they might get desperate and do crazy things - like what Yay just announced, or worse.
When a company goes under, the responsible people disappear and are replaced by liquidators with no ethics.
I'll give Macrografiks a few more months to get serious, before backing out.

Just curious - how many sites are ahead for you? Not sure what is FAA (no clue what it is), but other 2 are definitely in a mid tier for me.

if you mean by a head in good companies than the following:

Dreamstimes
123RF
Bigstock
Envato
Canstock

FAA= Fine Art of America

If I were ever on Yay I'd be leaving them. Fortunately I never got on board with them. But they're top of the list of shady companies doing highly questionable things these days.

Everything depends on portfolio and volumes - but for me Veer sometimes (and by sometimes I mean not monthly, but trailing year) above FT/DT, and DP is stable above BigStock.

I have decided to drop them all, but I am sure I will get back on that decision.

Iīve stopped uploading to most of them (excluding DP, my 3rd selller), but I guess I wonīt be closing my accounts. I could add some that extra I tried but didnīt get sales: Panthermedia, Cutcaster and Stockami.

I dropped Yay & FAA earlier this year
I'd earlier taken the position that incremental earnings are better than nothing, but with symbiostock now, I'm competing with these non-performers in gwetting my images indexed by google

Iīve stopped uploading to Fotolia and iStock (15% for author?!! Please...), but I wonīt be closing my accounts there, ... yet (as I spent time to work on it).
Veer, not easy upload, really not much downloads. I think I'll stop uploading there, too. Waste of time.
Lowest earners are 123RF, Panthermedia and Can Stock Photo, but upload is easy and doesn't take much time.
Stockfresh ... is it alive? Easy upload however.
Shutter (master), Deposit, Dreamstime... they work better or worse, but i like them. Alamy - I love it!

I rarely delete completely my portfolio but stopped submitting to countless agencies. For 2014 I will probably concentrate on only three microstock agencies. Most prominent stopping candidate for 2014 is Dreamstime. I will put a lot of effort in Stocksy and Symbiostock. And will continue to work with my macro agencies as these are still my main earners.
