They have gone too far this time. They have used a picture of the Sydney Opera House in a bomb making manual. Of course it is supposed to be copyrighted and of course they are now in trouble with the Sydney Opera House Trust who believe they own the copyright. See you in court Al-Qeada. Also the Sydney Opera house Trust should sue the photographer, microstock site and publisher. Nice photo wonder if they bought it off the Sydney Opera House Trust and paid royalty. LOL

I'm going to guess that this sort of usage would fall under most agencies' license restriction about use of an image in a way that would portray the subject in a negative way or potentially cause harm to the subject. Looks like some jihadis will be getting an angry letter from an agency... ;)

Maybe just as disturbing as the use of that image is the fact that there is such a professional looking magazine dedicated to the DIY terrorist. It looks like Home & Garden for the wannabe jihadi.

Perhaps there are Al Qeada photographers selling microstock?   ;D
