Amazing. It's phenomenal how much cleanup has been done in just 3 months, considering the level of devastation in some areas.

I can't believe how many buildings are still standing that looked to be un-salvageable. Especially that one with the huge boat on the roof. Somehow they managed to remove the boat and the building is still standing.

Great work! Keep it up.

amazing transformation. honestly, looking at the photos, it's almost impossible to imagine that happening where people were living and working. from everything I've read, the people of Japan really pulled together and have dealt with this devastation with hope, determination, speed and efficiency. it's remarkable to see the difference between the first scenes and the same locations in the more current images.

They do have a massive amount of work still to do, but they've done an amazing job at getting roads cleared and getting a lot of the dangerous stuff removed. Wonderful pictures - and as one of the comments said, it'll be nice to see more progress pictures in time.
