Here is an AT&T ad from 1993. - before the internet was really used, before cell phones were much to speak of, etc.  Seems like they were pretty right in their predictions and crazy how all those ' facy' technologies seem old school and 'of course' .  I have seen plenty of future predictions that were way out to lunch. Where's my jet pack and hotel on Mars.

Hey, I took an acting class from the guy carrying the medical chart in his wallet.  Glen Kudelka Peloso I think his name was.  Now he has one of those reality shows where they clean up your wardrobe and your house.

Pretty cool. They nailed everything except for one. You now tuck your baby in from your cellphone or laptop because there are no more phone booths.

Jet pack? Get real Leaf. I'm still waiting on that personal Autogyro that you keep on the roof of your house and fly to work in! I'm sure that was meant to happen in the 1980's. Mind you, we did get the Sinclair C5 electric "car" ;). Thanks for that post -fascinating! Regards, David

Show me the one where they predict that by 2010 photographers will get 25 cents for a sale.

So, if I understand this right, the woman does the shopping and the man (did I detect a scowl?) pays the bill.  Don't know what it is like where you live, but here it doesn't work like that any more. All I can say  is . . .  Them days are gone.

The clothes are not we use, but some fashion shows don't look much different with clothes and headpieces we never see anyone using, except perhaps Lady Gaga.

That's a nice find leaf. The technology took a break in 2009 though. Not much new tech announcement except copying and updates. This year have been very boring
