I have a simple little directory site for wedding photographers in Norway and I'm having a logo made.  I can't for the life of me decide which is better.  Logo 1 or 2.  The site/logo should appeal to brides, but also to the photographers who will have their businesses listed on the site.

I would combine the heart from the first with the font from the second.  ;D

Is that a wedding ring 'O' in the second logo? In that case, it's two different concepts in one logo - which is confusing. Generally I find the first one more appealling, otherwise I would suggest to implement the heart into the second option (in one of the frames), and ditch the wedding ring concept altogether. Or go with the wedding ring concept and emphasize the ring by making the O the same yellow as the top of the ring. Just two different concepts in one logo is too many

The heart one. The second one doesn't say 'wedding' to me quickly enough - the wedding ring O was too subtle. Subtle is good, though.

The heart thing is nice. I'm not crazy about either of the fonts though. I like the second font a little better than the first. I'd pick something more frilly though like Edwardian Script. More pastel colors might not be bad either or blacks or grays might be nice.

I'll agree with liking the heart part of the first logo and the second typeface, however I am not crazy about either typeface.  The first one is almost too childish, the second one is at least more put together looking.  For weddings you'll want a more elegant look, be it script-y or not.

A thin-ish sans-serif could work as well if you want to try to pull off the rings idea.  It could draw more attention to the rings without the typeface being too distracting. If it were me going for the rings idea I'd drop the heart/boxes part of the logo altogether.

Thanks for the thoughts everyone.  Looks like logo 1 wins unanimously.
