edit to add: There is a report (no longer able to substantiate it) that a post on Parler asked people to list their names, addresses, and "crimes" they may have committed so that DJT could pardon them later.

And they did!!!!

Not sure that's really funny. What if it works for them?

I watched "geriatric" Biden's speech tonight.  After Trump it was really hard to listen to a speech with a coherent train of thought, proposing real solutions to pressing problems, showing authentic empathy, understanding and caring for the difficulties being faced by many, and that tried to unite rather than attack and divide.  How will we ever get through the next four years with someone who actually wants to make things better?

Yeah, what a concept!

Who knew an American president could ever aspire to do such a thing?

People did not vote for Biden! they voted for a Trump replacement any replacement! it could have been the man in the moon as long as Trump was out! he cant even speak properly.
This administration is already under fire and investigation about some Chinese connection!

You have to admitt they could have found someone with a bit more clout a bit more suitable for a President.

That's a bit harsh. He can speak just as well as the average guy on the street, he just makes considerably more mistakes than you'd normally expect from someone is such a position. I mean... Tanzaynia, Beyoncey, Nambia, Diversary, Ulucious, Shtatesh, Anomous, Yo-Semites, Covfefe. All relatively simple for you and I, but I'm sure he'll get it one day. And lets not get started on the busy airports during civil war times.

Biden's vocabulary is many times richer than Trump's, whose vocabulary never evolved beyond the level of a 10 year's old. Actually, Trump's uneducated, limited vocabulary is very likely one of the reasons many voted for him. It's rather ironic to see Trump's voters mocking Biden's speech  ;)

Besides, Biden has overcome the challenges of the stutter he was born with:

"In school, they called him Stutterhead and taunted him with H-H-H-H-Hey, J-J-J-J-J-Joe B-B-B-B-Biden. He felt shame and embarrassment and was afraid people would think something was wrong with him. Early on, he learned who the bullies were and plotted his revenge"
....
There will be a moment, maybe two, on Tuesday night when Bidens eyes will flutter, his lips will purse, and millions of people will hold their breath waiting for a sentence! Fear not, for candidate Biden learned long ago, from little boy Biden reciting Yeats in front of a mirror, how to slow down, adjust his cadence, and roll with the words.
..."

The 3 billion in property... maybe. The 4 billion... highly unlikely. Based on the loans, the failing businesses and the fact that at least half the country want to have nothing to do with the Trump name/brand... I'd be surprised if he was worth more than 400 million at best. 4 million at worst 40 million somewhere in the middle. He'll be broke before long unless he gets more seasons of the apprentice.

This exactly. So much better of a human being than cheetolini. Even on his worst day.

I have heard him talk, and I don't have any problem with his speech.

Yes and you can add another few billions from under the table and shady dealings he has done during his 4 years in office. He is laughing all the way to the bank!..so what does he really care about winning another term?? nothing what so ever. Just his ego got in the way!

no, we don't have to 'admit' yet another right wing fairy tale - someday you might learn to actually support your  claims with actual facts. you havent bothered to present any research or url

..so what does he really care about winning another term??

Staying out of jail for one.  Having to finally release his tax returns is another, which is likely to show that he is not nearly as rich as he says and probably will lead to multiple investigations of fraud.  Full release of the Mueller report.  Not being able to direct taxpayer money to his personal properties.  No more protection by the justice department.  No ability to conduct rallies unless he pays for them himself.  Hopefully at 12:01 PM next Wednesday he will be hit with a raft of lawsuits and criminal indictments that will keep him busy for the rest of his life, assuming he doesn't declare martial law and try to retain power with a second coup before then.  He was so adamant that there was no Russian collusion you can be sure there was tons of Russian collusion.  From what we know it seems likely his main business for the past 10-15 years has been money laundering for the Russians and organized crime.  After next Wednesday he can be investigated and indicted for all of those - plus probably tons more we aren't even aware of.  Maybe we will finally find out what it is that Putin holds over him.

Biden knew some of the Founding Fathers personally, served in the senate for half a century, was Vice President for eight years and knows pretty much everyone in DC.  Can't really find anyone with more clout or more suitable for the presidency than him.  Except for maybe Hillary Clinton.

I've never been a big Biden (or Clinton) fan - he's too fuddy duddy and was too slow to realize that Republicans don't believe in compromise, government or integrity - but someone with his experience who has been there before and knows what to do is exactly what we need right now.  Mitch McConnell in his usual disdain for the country has refused to convene the Senate to confirm a single one of Biden's choices for cabinet seats.  We need someone who can purge the country of Trumpism and get things back on the right track and Biden with his several centuries of experience fits the bill.

Same here not a Clinton fan but Hillary would have been a far better choice!...in a few years Biden will retire and give the Presidency to Harris!  whats the bet??

The absolute definition of "paranoid" is: Trump. This dictator called the mobs of his party to come and storm the capitol, where five people lost their life. Therefore he is the killer of those killed while storming the capitol. I hope American Justice will do their duties and call this criminal mind before The Highest Court of America with charges of intentional murder. This insane paranoid must be brought to justice. He Must pay for his criminal acts. America Was a great country BEFORE his administration. He definitely managed to Make America Shorter... to the eyes of the World.-
As instigaters behind the civil disobedience in the streets, Burn, Loot and Murder BLM leaders should be charged as accessories to every crime their group commits.

The peaceful demonstration at the capitol turned bad when riot police caused the problem. This was a peaceful occupation until then. They murdered an innocent white woman, who was in our military service by shooting her. She wasn't armed, didn't throw rocks or bottles of burning fuel wasn't harming anybody or looting. She was just a protester. I'm upset that this forum supports racist murder and misogamy.

Equal rights for everyone.

She was part of an angry mob that broke into the Capitol, smashed windows, beat (and killed) police officers and who didn't follow police orders. She tried to illegally enter the Speakers Room hallway despite officers in that hallway having their weapons drawn. In other words, she was a brainwashed domestic terrorist who threatened democracy. She wasn't innocent. She wasn't "murdered" either, she simply got shot because she did something illegal and was a threat.

I heard a comment i'd never thought of before that Biden has lived thru about 1/3 of the entire history of the US (some of us are also getting close!)

I hadn't thought of it that way before, but the country is basically 244 years old, so anyone 81 or older really has lived through about 1/3 of the country's history.  Interesting.
