IF Trump more likely than not dishonestly conspired to obstruct Congress on 6 January. That would be a criminal act.

White house Presidential call logs, for the time period, during the insurrection, have disappeared.

If nothing else can seem to stick, this could be the end of Trump as a politician.

Thought that many times about lots of things hes done. All norms have gone out of the window at this point. The corruption is so naked scandals that would have caused politicians to resign or be removed/ prosecuted are going ignored daily, not just with Trump but may others. The UK is reaching a similar point. Dangerous times.

So normally the running president will be the candiate for the party right (with really few exceptions)?
So, then it would be Biden vs Trump. I am not sure if Biden wins this time with his current approval rate and if he lives that long.
I don't really care a lot, although the world was a lot more peaceful before Biden got to power.
But hey, what do I know, I am not a political analyst :)
Any news, by the way, about Biden's son concerning doing corrupt business in Ukraine? I read something about a laptop the other day which was supposed to be russian fake news and then it wasn't.

Edit: Shouldn't this be off topic though? It doesn't seem like a general photography discussion.

Sounds like you don't really know a lot either.

And, it's photography related, so it's fine.

Yeah trying to follow this one - I remember the story being suppressed by Twitter before the elections - so far we don't know who the "big guy" is I'd love to know.

old news, debunked long ago - try 'remembering' the entire episode. The original item was from the NY Post - one of the least credible of tabloids!

Twitter aren't exactly consistent - I think Jack Dorsey has said since in  Congress (I'm over in England not too familiar with US legal proceedings)  it was a mistake to prevent users from sharing the Hunter Biden stories.

My point being I'd rather know about any investigation into possible corruption in a government I was about to vote for. As I say I'm in England it's not that important to me just an interesting story.   I'm not saying there is corruption or not - I don't know.

Oddly enough I avoid CNBC as I don't find them credible - each to their own eh?

If anyone knows who the "big guy" is please post below.

not all 'investigations' are the same - many are just wacko conspiracy theories with no foundation in reality -- like MONTHS investigating Benghazi; or the lizard people/pedophile pizza joint, or Jewish lasers causing CA wildfires ( https://www.vox.com/22256258/marjorie-taylor-greene-jewish-space-laser-anti-semitism-conspiracy-theories )

Or 5G and Covid being linked, or only silly political conspiracies allowed.  ;D Neither side in the US has an exclusive on the far out absurdities they claim are the truth. Neither side has reasonable limits on how far they will go to make false or fabricated claims, like accusations that are completely contrived to distract the public from the real issues?

Hunter Biden's computer is photography related? Is that what I missed? I thought it was about investigations, taxes and emails?  ::)

It's more than OK to see what no one else is seeing, as long as you also see what everybody else is seeing. 👍
But if most of the time you only see what no one is seeing, without seeing what everybody else is seeing, it's advisable to seek psychiatric help.  ;)

That's like somebody speaking who is brainwashed. "If you don't see as we do then you must be wrong"
Good luck with having this conversation with somebody from North Korea. They will agree with you and you will be the odd one out.

Think for yourself and don't be told how to think by any one. In the end you might be right or wrong. But at least you tried to form your own opinion. Good or bad. And you will learn from that.

Edit: Better still. A lot of people, in the early days, thought that the earth was flat. would you have to agree with them because they were in the majority? There is a great rap song from the USA that says "Don't believe the hype". Or even better, some wise man said: "If everyone thinks like you do, think again".

hmmm.... you may want to re-read the whole statement again, take a deep breath and think about it, or follow the advice given in the last sentence...

I will. That's the whole point of thinking. You are a "one way only (do no enter)".

Nah... the whole point is to learn from other wise men (instead of reinventing the wheel while believing that the earth is flat) and keep an open mind.
When you refuse to acknowledge common sense and see lizard people, you better follow the advice given in that final sentence.  ;D

UFOs, Nessie, The Full Moon effect, Sugar Highs and ghosts are just the start. Oh I can't leave out MSG in Asian food? Nostradamus, the Mayan Calendar, Y2K when the infrastructure will fail because of the dates on all the computer systems.  ::)

Without any of the politics or other motivations, because political alignments have become more similar to religions, only true believers are welcome. For someone to believe (avoiding politics right?) aliens from outer space, don't obey the laws of physics, fly for great space distances, and don't have to obey time. They are so smart that we are pea brains to them, and then they abduct us to look up our asses?

Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence. So do far out left or right political conspiracies.

Groupthink has taken over far too many people who can't think for themselves anymore.

Oh no one of the thread hijack events? LOL  :) I'm not offended or concerned. Just laughing. What kind of person virtually steals the images for a book for his personal profit?

Thank your lucky stars that Biden is in the Oval Office. Putin's long game was always to dismantle NATO. If Trump had won, he would have pulled out of NATO - as he was promising to do. But fortunately with Biden in office its backfired on Putin, with NATO becoming stronger. In fact countries like Finland and Sweden who were not previously part of NATO, now want to join.

Apologies to ShadySue, Pete, for more hijacking.

And, yeah - the OP photography issue is disgusting. Kind of says it all.

Funny,

Biden to run again:
https://thehill.com/news/administration/3272281-biden-has-told-obama-hes-running-again/

And his son is going to ruin it for him:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10689445/Whistleblower-handed-Hunter-Bidens-laptop-congressmen-fled-Switzerland.html

I would say no chance of winning if the democrats choose Biden again. that is if he is still alive by then and making any sense when he speaks (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6uingtAWbk) :)

But if so, it will be a walk in the park for Trump, I reckon.

Yes, the idiot versus the idiot :)

Pittyful and painful that the US cannot come up with a decent states man from either side.
