I though it might be nice to have a spot to post link to a holiday image to share with fellow MSG'ers - could be one of your stock photos or not.

Above is link to one of 2 ice skaters in New York's Catskill Mountains earlier this year. Older daughter is pushing younger one around. ;) (not a stock photo, of course)

I have a couple of the floating Christmas tree in my FB page, but I'm uploading one here too.

Reaktori - so soulful, peaceful.
I tried putting little Christmas hat on my cat last night, and she was hatless and in another room in seconds - need to go back to Christmas collars, which they'll tolerate.

lthn - Happy holidays!

Mellimage - You captured that with a monopod!
(Hmm, I should get mine out of car trunk, with all the lovely, though non-spinning, holiday lights.)

Yesterday. A glowing sky at sunset after a storm, and later the fireworks.

Nice Madelaide!

Yes, Ann, shot with a monopod, though I shot most of my Christmas lights in town handheld even. But this cheap mono and my small Canon G12 work well together. :D

Yeah you won't be shooting sports at 1 FPS burst rate, but I want one! (claimed to be 1.9 something) Might as well be single shot. Still the perfect small travel camera and I have big pockets!  :D

OK I'll play, a Christmas shot... (from the not suitable for stock collection)

Little story. When I participated in the MSG-PPEX a few of you never seemed to have received my card. Well, I thought it might be nice to surprise the participants with a Holiday card. Prepared it, designed it, ordered it. Looked for the file with the addresses on it - could not be found on my PC - apparently it was not included in the backup I made before my laptop died in March. Looked for it on here, could not find it either. Well, dear all - this is how it would have looked! Enjoy it anyways and ...

Happy Holidays!
