Thanks! Someone would make it much better of course. Reflection in the eyes should look much more natural than this for example. I had a t-shirt, which has huge artifacts because I darken it ;D, but overall I think it's not bad for someone who didn't make such manipulations before.

shall i have the honor with the first corny reply, 'great avatar'? couldn't resist.

i do see a lot of stock potential here. instead of 'your text here', you could have it as 'your face here', your very own avatar.  :)

LOL

looks great and way better than I can do but it does looks to me like you need to have a shave and that actually grabbed my attention more than the eyes, I keep focussing on the mouth and chin (probably me just being weird) :)
