Lou Reed dead at 71: New York City rock pioneer, The Velvet Underground musician died Sunday.

There are not many albums by any artist/genre/period that I can listen to repeatedly. "VU & Nico" and "Transformer" are certainly among them. That's what I did yesterday too.
And while we're here, I'd suggest to listen to John Cale's "Paris 1919" too. Quite different in style but equally mesmerising.
