well, I still haven't really figured out the purpose of the groups on facebook.... but...  here is one for microstockgroup

I think at least it might be usefull if this site is down for some reason, I can post updates of what is going on there. ......

this site needs a logo :(  any logo pros out there?

I also don't see a purpose for them either, although I have an account in LinkedIn (and I never even saw what Orkut looks like).

wow that's an awesome illustration penelope.
why don't you submit it to some micro sites? they accept illustrations too, don't they?

as for facebook. they sort of confused me. it seems like lots of ppl there
but nobody seems to be "conversing" to each other. mostly just showing their
snapshots, and talking about themselves.
it's not like a forum where there is some peer group or common thread (no pun intended). 
i used to have one, and all i get is a "poke". so i wrote a message , and
still, the only answer i get is another "poke".
i don't know, maybe i am old and don't understand what "modern" communication is.  ::)

i am sure happy it's not like that here on this forum. phew !  :)

I'm not good at logos, but I think something that hints "photography" would be better to say what the group is about.  The letters "MSG" reminds of message in the first place.
