Title: Natural Selection before we were politically correct

I suspect she was sending an upload of a new phone photo to some site, for Microstock.  :)

(but the railroad will be blamed for the crossing bells not being loud enough, the lights not bright enough, and the gates, not protecting us from ourselves)

Ouch.  At least she was only walking and not driving.  She would be eligible for a Darwin award if she had gotten herself killed.  It would be a shame if this is blamed on the railroad but you are probably right about that.

You just know she did this on purpose and that there will be a pending lawsuit blaming the RR company for some god almighty reason!

She's a winner, all right! I can't believe that there are 8 pedestrians or vehicles struck by trains every day!!!

On another note, my brother works for that train company.   :)
