Wow that was interesting. I love the way black and white photography can capture a moment better than color. Thanks for posting..

Very interesting indeed. How many people have such secret treasures?
In a much less relevant scale, I have many photos taken by my father, from whom I inherited the passion for photography, showing many places in Rio, some of which have changed, some that no longer exist, even some historical things such as the construction of our first skyscraper. He also took some nice photos of other cities in a cruise along the coast of Brazil up to Manaus in the Amazon, that was in the early 40s. I want to have all this material preserved.

Nice stuff, thanks for the link. Her work is really good, reminded me a bit of Robert Frank and Diane Arbus.
I also have some nice photos i found thrown on the street. What are the rules about posting such photos to stock sites, is it possible depending on how old they are or something? Like stamps or is it out of the question for found photos?

very cool. Thanks for the link. Imagine finding the images... it would really be like finding a hidden treasure somewhere.. so exciting developing those rolls of film or seeing what the next plate of negatives held.

Do I have to be the downer and bring up the copyright question? I guess he paid for the negatives so it reverts to him?
(The video crashed at last 2 minutes for me, maybe it was answered.)
