User "stoker2014", constantly trolling the Forum and spamming every topic with distorted political agenda, needs to be banned. I am Admin of outdoors oriented Forum for 10+ years and know very well where this kind of behaviour leads if not dealt with.

He just restored from Garbage Can his own series of spam posts. MSG is variable resource to photographers fighting challenging industry conditions; last thing we need is Forum that looks and feels like trash. This is polite request to whoever is responsible for Administering MSG Forum to consider terminating "stoker2014" account.

Whoever reads this post, there is no need to respond if you don't have time or don't feel like. Just add "+1" if you agree; each + counts as 1 vote in favour. The more votes this request reaches, more clear will be indication what community feels is the right thing to do.

zeljkok, you are a Russian troll who constantly stalks me in all topics. You constantly write insults to me. Any court in Canada would find you guilty and sentence you to prison.

i fully support assigning stoker's garbage posts to their appropriate oblivion, but unfortunately, he skirts below the reasons for banning members - so on free speech bases i don't support banning this ignorant, obnoxious, asinine, hypocritical member

response to hate speech is truth speech or ignore the poster. i tend towards the first, responding to the most egregious posts so lurkers don't accept his noxious posts as anything approaching reality. if they revive threads from garbage it's easy enuf to return them to oblivion

Regarding "free speech", stoker2014 apparently does not adhere to this principle as he moves the posts he does not agree with to garbage bin. Why to defend right to free speech of somebody who does not respect it themselves?

Regarding "free speech". It doesn't apply to privately owned forums.

The owner of a forum can do what they like.

The users of the forum can think what they want about that.

You bring nothing of value to this forum more often than not. If we are the problem then please ignore us, ignore the forum, and move on. Your drivel is painful. You seem to have a lot of time on your hands and need to trash talk pretty much everyone on every topic. Boring, boring, boring! Honestly it wouldn't hurt you to add something that is constructive or allows others to learn from and engage in, but your constant negativity and attacks reveal who you really are. Pity is the word that comes to mind. Now you can ignore me PLEASE!

The problem with trolls and people in general who seek attention is they actually have to reply to you to tell you they are ignoring you.

Do not argue with lowlife. He keeps moving this post to garbage can several times a day trying to cover his tracks, but others restore it.
It is quite unbelievable this behaviour is tolerated. Messages to Admin have been sent.

This has nothing to do with Free Speech my friend. If you support Trolling behaviour and start shouting names instead, you are essentially lowering yourself to his level. Only real solution is permanent ban. But there can be different opinions; right now there are over 20 "+" votes, despite post getting hidden in garbage bin good part of the day. That tells clearly what majority think. Only question is if something will be done about it or not.

Also, I finally found the rules of this forum. It is under the Registration Agreement. It says:

"Registration Agreement
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law."

As for the US Federal Law, under the first amendment, Free Speech does not exist if it is harmful to others. Re. why Alex Jones lost his case last year about the lies/conspiracies he told about the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

I don't feel a lynching is appropriate for all us professional photographers/artist to be involved in. If you don't like someone put them on ignore.

Tyler (AKA Leaf) will be the one to determine if they are violating the terms on the site--usually a stern warning fixes most of the issues and ban if they continue to say attack others.

If the post is in the off topic area you can post about thing you want---just don't read it if you like. For example, I read only certain news site and ignore others. I truly wish the war would end for everyone's sake. Wars are horrible.
