So... seeing as the 'quadrobists' apparently like to BOTH wear "animal masks/diapers" (aka the weird 'furries' fetish promoted on t.v.) AND jump around like a jack_ss.. yes, I'd say they've 'gone to the funny farm' and need serious mental help, and are really suffering... very deranged, misguided individuals.
This is a new subculture. (new?). People either escape from reality, or this is a way of some kind of protest. It is strange that the stockers who are supposed to film them (photo, video) do not know who they are.
These are mainly young people.
If you choose between drugs and this subculture, then of course it is safer to become a turtle or a dog. The question is whether they really consider themselves animals.

I'd probably agree with you that for them it is an "escape from reality". I wouldn't really call it a "sub-culture" - I'd call it a bit of schizophrenia, perhaps borderline schizophrenia. And yes - I did notice it seemed to be "younger" tiktokers (i.e., teens/twenties) - even one girl made a silly statement "you are fake!" if you didn't "identify" with her pretending to be a dog/fox (which obviously is a bit of insane statement in itself).
It's about as insane as what has been pushed down people's throats by those in "power", i.e., the idea of a guy chopping his private parts and calling himself a "trans" woman (no, he is simply a guy that has chopped off his private parts), or a woman shoving something in her private parts and pretending she is a guy calling herself a "trans" guy (and no, she is still a woman, just someone that has both chopped off her private parts and shoved something in the middle).
Those kinds of ideas have been shoved down people's throats by those in power - primarily aimed at attacking western/white/caucasian speaking cultures, and one of their "goals" attacking reproduction/healthy family units/mother/father/etc - and what one would consider to be "traditional Christian values". (I.e., you don't see "Arabic" people being encouraged to chop off body parts and/or become gay, nor do you see say asians, east indians, etc. Primarily aimed at "white" people).
So - over the last few years especially (i.e., during convid) - "young" people have had very few role models to set a good example for them. Most people in their 30's & 40's acted like idiots. Most people in their 50's & 60's acted like idiots too (only a few had brains and said this was insane nonsense). "Parents" would actually suffocate their newborn babies on a DAILY basis for 2+ years. And then you have the (primarily) jewishcontrolled t.v./"news"/etc (simply partially because that happens to be primarily who the 'people in power' identify as) - on an almost daily basis shoving the idea that one can become a "man" or "woman" simply by chopping off body parts, and that it might even be "desirable" (no it's not), + a lot of other disgusting sick garbage...
So yes - it's understandable that they've gone a bit screwy. From THEIR vantage point, This is what many of THEM see on a daily basis from (jewishcontrolled) "schooling", "television", etc. School/t.v. "teaches" the following:
- Tries to encourage people to become "trans" women/men (chopping off their reproductive organs)
- Tries to encourage them to be "gay" with all the "pride" garbage (encouraging them again not to have children)
- Tries to scare them that "AI" is "stealing their jobs", so they don't have a "future", and need to "depend on the state" for "welfare".
- Encourages them to "revolt" against their parents, move out of the house at 18 years old (or sooner), otherwise they are a "loser"/etc.
- Blindly obey the "state", be a slave to "money". If only they can get "money", then the will be happy. "Money money money".
- Encourages p0rn - and more specifically guys masturba-ing to "pretty women" instead of finding a wife. (look @ the facebook algorithms that promote women being semi-nude). While simultaneously encouraging that as the way to "get rich quick" - that ONLY if you are somehow "discovered" - then you'll be happy living the "life", etc.
- Simultaneously encourages the "body positivity" garbage - more specifically targeted at women - that somehow being an obese, fat slob is somehow "desirable".
- Tries to scare people again from "having children" (aimed again at "white" people), from the "war in ukraine", to various "wars" (i.e., "WHY would you want to bring children into "this" world/etc with OMFG wars??? I.e., africans seem to find them time to have lots and lots of sex with lots of children with all the "donate to the african children! help save the african children!") (And as to why it is targeted at "white" people - it's simply because it is the last race to have been fully subjugated by the people in power. They are trying everything to attack them).
- Alcohol is encouraged as a way of "breaking past barriers", smoking weed/getting high was almost universally promoted in 2020...
- Video games are encouraged as way to "be free", even more so "virtual reality" - or "virtual stuff"...
- Teaches them to feel "bad" for "being white", promotes black/east indian/etc ("reverse racism") through organizations like "BIPOC" ("black","indigenous" and "people of color") only job/recruiting agencies (yes - agencies that deliberately exclude caucasian/white people). (Funny/ironic though that the "BIPOC" crap calls them "people of color" - when supposedly it wasn't more than 75+ years ago calling someone "colored" was considered "racist").
- Also teaches that stating the obvious (i.e., that it is 'jewish' controlled) is "anti-semetic" so people start frothing at the mouths like rabid dogs at someone who states the obvious...
So you have women shaving their heads, becoming fat obese slobs, wondering "why oh why" don't guys find them desirable, so figure they must be "gay" or "trans" and then screw themselves even more... You have guys jerking off in front of a computer screen on an almost daily basis, talking to fantasy "chatbots" - wondering why women don't find them attractive, and too "scared" to ask a woman out, so figure they must be gay/trans/whatever... Then you have them both having looked at their parents over the duration of convid, and for the most part - acting like insane idiots "mathsking" up daily, suffocating themselves - and suffocating newborns - and pretty much ALL FOR MONEY. (They were "afraid" of losing their jobs with non-compliance, afraid of "couldn't travel" with non-compliance, couldn't "eat out" with non-compliance, etc, etc)..
So, if they somehow manage to avoid all THAT insane nonsense... yeah - it's understandable how if they weren't careful... they could fall into the nonsense of dressing up like an animal and prancing around like an idiot...
So yes - I agree with your sentiment that unfortunately, those that do that have gone a bit off the deep end - and do need mental help. The real question though - is where do they find competent medical assistance? Certainly not the so-called "doctors" that promoted the deathjabs and mass suffocation... Certainly not "churches" that bowed to "money" and obediently closed their doors because they'd get more "money" for doing so...
But yes, they've gone off the deep end...
