Quite the rebel, you are!  I notice though that there isn't a Canon strapped around your neck.   Much too risky for the camera's sake I guess.

My avatar is me, but you could probably guess that, taken about 2 years ago, for a self portrait competition at the local camera club, I use it for my avatar on a couple of sites..

is my ride, it's a 1985 FJ1100 I did up as a 'project' bike in 1998.  It's got stage 3 cams, Wiseco 1250 big-bore kit, Titanium rods, Whitepower suspension, Subaru ignition.

It's  a great ride for touring, although the last couple of years it's spent more time in the garage than I'd like.  The wife and I did over 50,000k's in two years back in 00-01' going to rallies all around New Zealand on it.

It was this thread that prompted me to create a few avatars. I made several from old photos - don't know why I went with the toilet though - if you look closely thats me in the reflection of the handle!

Oh yeah! Here is my sweet ride but unlike sharply, I always wear a helmet!

Yeah, i had that warning sign of "luggage falling down stairs on a cart" before - which I took a picture off because my wife thinks those signs are quite fun, and i particularly liked that one - which was on a luggage cart at an airport.

I changed it to the cow picture because for some reason I liked the simplicity of that picture I took - sort of an unusual vantage point and not the part of the cow which is usually photographed.

I chose mine because of a fascination with light, and this is one of my favorite images.

Incidentally, this isn't a very good stock image, I think I've sold precisely one (1) (uno) (wahid) (eik) (satu) of these. :-)
