haha, brilliant!! That's so funny. You know I often go weeks or months without hearing anyone speak English and it's probably years since I've heard someone say "might aswell get shitfaced now". Excellent, thanks for posting that!

Waiting for the next season of Peep Show and looking forward to the one following after that.

They did a radio series show as well. Other than that I think that's it. More stuff is mentioned on Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peep_Show_%28TV_series%29

I also love "Black Books" with Dylan Moran who also starred in the movie: "A Film with Me in It" which is pretty funny.

^^I like Black books as well and IT crowd is pretty good to (not the first season though). You might take a look at Little Britain as well, although I go fed up with it by the end of first season it was still a good lough at times.

Anyway this and the next part is my fav of peep show (real, sick english humour:D)

Shameless is quite good, more drama than the comedy in Peep Show and more disgusting.  I can't believe they have done a US version, I'm sure it will be tame in comparison.  "The Worst Week Of My Life" was a good series, clean humour in comparison to Peep Show but very funny at times.  Father Ted was great.  "Pulling" was very funny at times, a female version of Peep Show.

Now I know why it's even possible for Top Gear US to exist. Because not an episode goes by without making fun of the Americans
Clarkson on Americans
.

And why would I even ask if it's possible? Because it's total rubbish, they're so restrained by political correctness and lack of sense of humour, that it's only bringing shame to the awesome TG franchise. And biased as hell as well, Viper faster than all of the Lambos, lol. We all know Americans can't make a good, much less a fast car.

More on the fat, stupid americans  ;D :

Huuundai by Jeremy Clarkson

Jeremy Clarkson - Americans are stupid

Top Gear Jeremy makes fun of Americans.

American, you can't be, you're nowhere near fat enough! (top gear)

And then there's tons of stuff that's not on you tube, like Clarkson on Mustang:"I'd like this car, if I were the sort of person who looks at his sister and says MMMMMMM!" :D and something like "Segways are not legal in the UK, they're probably made to drive fat Americans to the fridge, so they won't waste any calories unintentionally"  ;D

Priceless! Just to finish it, I'll post something totally unheard of in America
Funny Racist Moment-Top Gear
or this one you'll be able to relate better to, since it's about Mexicans
Sky News - BBC apology over Top Gear Mexico comments HD

Listen to what he says to her at the end of the American, you can't be, you're nowhere near fat enough video:"Welcome to the free world, you'll like it here!". And that's the point my dear yanks, we really have freedom of speech. We can have it, since we're not terrified of lawsuits. Nor we're so oversensitive, that we'd have to be so politically correct and fake.

I posted this as a good laugh, I hope it'll be understood that way. And to show cultural difference as well, you might learn something from this videos ;)

I really didn't care much for the 1st season of little Britain, but the second is pretty good. Just one of the sick sketches, that I liked ;D (video works from 0:12 on)

If you love Peep show, you should take a look at That Mitchell and Webb look, the same actors, just different format (sketches)

Is there any chance of changing the title of this thread to 'UK Comedy Clip Thread' or something? If I'd known what it was about earlier, I'd have added some  :)

I can't view the first clips now as they've been removed by the user.

Here's a list of official "Black Books" clips from the Channel 4 You Tube channel.  You have to skip the ad after a few seconds, but hopefully they won't be removed:

Yeah that's what happens when you're slightly pissed :D

Sheat, they removed the best. And I can't find them anywhere anymore, at least the slightly pissed one.

Though when it comes to stand up comedy I like yanks better (don't care much for Jimmy Carr either). Carlos Mencia (Mexican really), rocks, great, direct, provocative in offensive humour that I love so much and George Carlin, mostly the same, just a bit milder, but has a lot of philosophy in it, you can see he really is a smart guy . Or was, RIP.

Maybe just 'comedy clip thread' then?

I don't know the stand-ups you mention - it'd be good if you could find some samples to post.  It's always good to find a new reason to laugh  ;D

ETA: Oops!   I see you already edited the title.  Sorry. Thanks.  :)

Slovenian, why don't you post some Slovenian humour for a change? I'm sure that would be fun:)

The shortest joke in the world: "A couple is walking along the Slovenian coast..."

- How do Slovenes change gears in car?
- First, second, BORDER!

- Why is it forbidden to jump into swimming pools in Slovenia?
- Because Italians would complain about water splashing.

From which Slovenian town/village do you come from?
I've seen most of them:)

Sure, here you go:
Carlos Mencia Stand Up Bit About Sex & Women PL (Embedding disabled, limit reached)

I watched the whole show twice, really great Carlos Mencia - Not For The Easily Offended Part 1 (Embedding disabled, limit reached)

I just love his view of the world and his way of thinking (but you'd have to see the rest to see what I mean)
George Carlin on Fat People (Embedding disabled, limit reached)

Snuffkin, sorry since I can't return the favor. The reason is:

Q: What is the difference between the Dresden bombing and Germany's best comedian?

A: Only the first one can make you smile.

Yeah I know what you mean, I didn't find Eddie Izzard quite that interesting as well. Did laugh a couple of times, bu that's it. I'm more into sarcasm, real sick English humour, like peep show etc
