Some info on it:
Scenes taken from Tenerife, more than 2,000 meters above sea level and over a year to capture all possible shades, clouds, stars, colors from a unique landscape and from one of the best skies on the planet.
First in a series of videos nocturnal and crepuscular Time Lapse taken in the Canary Islands trying to capture the beauty of each island.
To capture the natural movement of the earth, stars, clouds, sun and moon TimeLapse technique was used, Dolly vertical and horizontal rails, spindles with horizontal and vertical movements. HDR data collection.

I wonder how he moved the camera while doing timelapse. Some movements can be made with motorized head, but there are some long straight movements... rails and dolly??

Yeah, I saw some timelapse dollies highlighted somewhere before. Very cool effect.

Great video, thanks for sharing! If anyone's interested, this company (http://ditogear.com/store/products/21-omnislider-timelapse-dolly.html?utm_source=Cinema5D.com&utm_medium=CPI&utm_content=Cinema5D_468x60&utm_campaign=OmniSliderAds) makes motorized sliders. Very pricey, though! Maybe I'm just cheap. ;)

that's what he says there:
"raíles Dolly verticales y horizontales, cabezales con movimientos horizontal y vertical."
Beautiful indeed. I love the clouds rolling like waves crashing on the beach. Even the stills must be amazing.

Very good video and some nice locations, I still like "The Mountain" by Terje Sorgjerd, he did some great locations, featuring the milkyway as the backdrop

I've done some astrophotograpghy, well just a few shots but basically they are just long exposures of say 30secs to bring out the stars...one exposure after the other and pieced together to create a movie.

But then don't you get streaks at this speed? Or are they just not noticable at the size of these videos, and their movement? I remember having tried that in the past, never got dots, but streaks. :(

In my experience 30 sec exposures have given me very slight streaking due to the rotation of the earth, which would be the same in these videos, unless you use a star tracker. Due to these being videos im guessing it is hardly noticeable. But someone else may have better info
If you look at the video screenshot above that I posted of "The Mountain" you can see this streaking, mainly visable on the left hand side of the sky

Take a look at timescapes.org (http://timescapes.org/) and not only will you see some of the most beautiful astro-lapeses in existence, but you can learn quite a bit, too! ;)
