I tracked the voting records for the authors of that document: Michael McCaul, Mike Rogers, and Mike Turner.

I am sorry to inform you that they are rather part of what I call old-school GOP (like Nikki Haley).
They are among a minority of Republicans who voted in favor of the last pro-Ukraine bill (H.R. 5682).
The fact is that a majority of the Republican representatives, the maga faction, voted against them and against the bill.
Again, the bill passed due to Democrats voting unanimously in favor of it, together with a minority of old-school Republicans, which included the three authors mentioned above.

There will generally be no winners in this war - neither the Ukrainians nor the Russians. This war will only bring suffering on both sides. And the resulting hatred will last for decades, if not centuries. Like between Israel and the Gaza Strip. This is simply poison for the future. And a cause for many more conflicts - regardless of the short-term outcome in both cases.

In any case, future Russian presidents will have to work very hard to heal the wounds that their predecessor left behind with his imperialist ideas. And if Trump becomes president again in the USA, the same will happen to subsequent US presidents.

The greed, the claim to power and the vanity of individuals are dragging entire countries and peoples into a sad future.

And for me, one thing is certain. There is someone in power in China who is very happy to see the two former major blocs tearing each other apart. Because in the future, both will be second class to China.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces left Avdiivka because it was 2/3 surrounded. Surrounded back in 2023, before any votes in Congress. The Ukrainian Armed Forces could not attack either in 2022 or 2023, because the Democrats did not provide the necessary weapons. When an army is on the defensive, the army loses lives and territories are gradually occupied. An army that is on the defensive will always lose. This is an axiom of military affairs.

I don't care much about what Trump says or what Biden says. I'm interested in realpolitik. Trump's policies when he was president were good, better than those of Obama and Biden.

You wrote partly the truth. This is the result of NATO countries not providing the necessary weapons to Ukraine.

As for that daughter in the video, she doesn’t understand at all what politics is, what’s happening in Ukraine, what Ukraine needs and what the democrats are doing. You Democrats are in a bag of propaganda. Once again, Ukraine needs a plan and weapons to support this plan. Just shells, in some small quantity, will not solve the problem at the front. Therefore, it is better not to receive anything at all from the United States and thereby reduce Biden’s rating, than to receive something meager and increase the rating of this freak Biden.

Now we need to remove democrats from power and judge them. And we will see whether or not to judge the maga faction after the Republicans win and what their policy will be. I don't care what those in maga faction say, I'm only interested in real politics.
