This article is for the general reader. Other experts will consider some of the statements very controversial and incorrect. You just quoted a controversial statement.
But, I think the purpose of this article is rhetoric, of course Ukraine needs help from many countries and the more help, the better.
In the aid that the Republicans are blocking, the total amount of weapons is $5-6 billion, this is for reference.
As for the EU and the Europarasites, they do what Biden and the Democrats tell them to do. And they tell them not to help Ukraine much.
