And the purpose of this is?
If I figure it out, I'll answer. LOL

There was someone who did a nice one of VWs and he had many more.
I was at the track working these groups (assigned as a corner observer) I was going to be standing in relatively the same place from 8AM until 5PM each day. Heck, I hung the T2i on a shoulder strap and tried to get one of each car. That was the Lemons? The Corvettes were an all Corvette Anniversary, national club party. They had two HPDE groups, fast and slow and then touring sessions for people to drive around the track.
Nice collection of assorted Corvettes, all pretty and shined up.
Too late now, I probably could have done the vintage race car group too.
The reason? Just a project as usual. Same reason I shoot Amtrak train video, or cloud time lapse. Tried Perseids and now it will be another year before I can do that one again. It's all about having fun, experimenting and enjoying photography. Everything isn't about money.
Before Winter I want to do the Moon through a telescope, but I'm learning that the optics on our lenses are better than a telescope, so once again, it's more about just doing i, than anything for profit or useful. Need a 40mm eyepiece (the 20mm is too close, the Moon fills more than the whole frame) and probably a Moon filter to reduce the brightness.
