What your poor comprehension skills prevent you from realizing is that the report you are referring to was not made by maga, which is now controlling the Republican Party.

That report was made by three old-school republicans who are part of the 100 minority who voted for Ukraine, while the maga majority of 112 voted against it.

You should be so thankful for the unanimous Democrat vote which, combined with the old-school Republican minority vote (including the 3 authors of that report), succeeded in approving military aid for Ukraine.

Only putin's useful idiots believe that maga isolationist clowns, who now control the Republican Party, will ever vote in favor of Ukraine.
