3. You missed the point. Republicans voted for Lend-Lease in 2022 and forced Biden to sign the law. Biden delivers zero guns on Lend-Lease. Moreover, Biden could have extended the Lend-Lease Act in 2023, but the bas.tard didn't. If Biden supplied arms through Lend-Lease, no congressional votes would need to be made.
All smart Ukrainians know this. If Biden had a desire to supply weapons to Ukraine, he would do it.
4. Even without Lend-Lease, Biden had about $6 billion at his disposal at the end of 2023 and beginning of 2024. Biden could spend this money however he wanted. But Biden chose the path of blaming the Republicans and Trump.
