After a sharp increase in the number of rail crossing accidents last year, the Federal Railroad Administration plans to announce a new partnership with Google on Monday to provide the locations of all grade crossings in the companys popular map application.

I don't have or use the "popular map application" and doubt that I will. I have a GPS, state gazettes and state maps. But I thought this might be of interest for those who do use it. Unless it works on the desktop and I can print out crossings for photos?
