I went to the Payoneer web site - where the 123rf press release said I could find fee information.

I'm having a hard time finding a list of fees. It appears from the FAQ that I only get to see those if I sign up (What are the costs and obligations for the Payoneer card?)

Why would I sign up if I can't see what the fees will be? Is there somewhere I can read about fees without creating an account?

Hi Jo Ann,

Great question. If you click on the "Receive & Withdraw Funds" button on our main website, you will be taken to the online application. Prior to submitting any information, you will have the option to view a list of pricing and fees.

As sign up via our website will allow you to receive payments from thousands of companies, and not only 123RF, you will not see the fee for receiving payments from them. That will be shown once you'd added 123RF as a funding source to your Payoneer account. The cost for that, however, is just $2 per payment (regardless of amount).

I have had so many opportunities to join Payoneer. Going back many years when Istock and Dreamstime first offered Payonee and then as countless others have joined the club.

I have looked into joining Payoneer sooooo many times, yet the issue has always been the same. NO BLACK AND WHITE INFORMATION ON PAYONEER'S WEBSITE ABOUT FEES.

Each and every time you have to request information. They tell you to sign up and see what the fees are. This time "under 123". B.S.

I have drawn the conclusion that each individual agency is likely getting a kickback/commission from Payoneer for signups, and the fees are probably structured around the individual agreement they have with the distributor who signs you on.

So. I still think Payoneer is a great idea. No, I will still not sign on.
