Payoneer raise fees

Payoneer raise fees for immediate load from 3 to 5$.
Also they grab 2$ for standard load.

Which equals arround 0.4% of a average load for me.
I guess I can live with that and I don`t expect them to deliver their good service for free :-)

Their foreign currency conversion rates are not exactly generous, either.
