Title: Payonner relible?

someone recommend payonner to me in other thread because i am in russia. who use payoneer? i not heard of them before, so I ask for people to tell me.

I'm a Pionner card owner and use it for several years without problems. Works fine.

I'm a Pionner card owner and use it for several years without problems. Works fine.

Thank you. i need choose agencies by who can pay me, that is why i want to know more about payonner.

Have used it for about four years. Works very well, I use it mostly for online purchases. Haven't tried the ATM function yet.

ATM works fine also.
