Stas, k sazhalenyu you can't do a lot till Paypal will not be directly supported by Russian banks.

You should have a bank account abroad and a Paypal account open from the country where you have the bank account.

Thats bad advice, that will get your paypal account blocked for sure. You are only allowed to open a paypal account in your country of residence. Unless its a business account and you have a legal entity in that country.

Anyhoo, paypal is supported in Russia https://www.paypal.com/ie/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f8e263663d3faee8dd75b1e1ec3ad97b7af62835dd81d5d52

They even have a localised website  :D https://www.paypal.com/ru/webapps/mpp/home

Honestly, if people have a question about paypal, please just ask paypal. Thats the only way to get the only correct answer.

Some agencies offer Payoneer, which is a prepaid cash card managed by Mastercard; would that work for you?

Not the cheapest (they charge maintenance fees and for cash withdrawals from ATMs) but if it's your only option...

Isnt there Moneybookers (now renamed to Skrill) supported in Russia?

At times when PayPal wasnt supported in Slovakia I used Moneybookers as replacement.
It was supported by many agencies and it was good alternative to PayPal at that time.
But when PayPal started to be supported in Slovakia years ago I didn't used Moneybookers since than, so I am unsure how it is with Moneybookers now.

Yes, although Skrill/Moneybookers is no longer supported in the United States which can be a problem for some agencies.

Thank you everyone for answer. I know you can withdraw to paypal, but then my money is stuck in paypal and i cant use it except ebay. id on't want to take chance that my account be blocked and i lose money (I have paypal account already, but only use to pay).

I like moneybookers but not all companies offer moneybookers either. still very good option.

Payoneer is offered as a payment method by iStock, but I don't know if any other agency uses it.

Yes, it's a good company, it's US based and what it does is offer a Mastercard cash card which can be loaded with cash (in dollars) and then used either for purchases or to withdraw from ATMs.  It is more expensive than other methods, especially for drawing cash from ATMs, but if you can't use Paypal or other systems it does provide at least some sort of a solution.

You'd probably do best to get accepted at iStock (if you're not already) then apply for it through them, if possible.

Take a look on the website (www.payoneer.com) for more information.

They even have a Russian language forum (at least, I assume that's what it is) so you could try there for any other questions you may have...

ETA: I just noticed in their FAQs that they also offer something called a "Global Bank Transfer" service which seems to allow you to set up a transfer from Payoneer to a bank account.  Probably, again, a bit expensive, but might be something you could use.  Unfortunately Payoneer don't, as far as I can tell, allow transfers in from Paypal or other services; shame that...

Our US Payment Service is available to all Payoneer cardholders, and allows you to receive US ACH transfers from select companies. You can view this video for details, and also visit: http://www.payoneer.com/USPService.aspx

I've used Payoneer to pay Russian freelancers - they have requested it, and it's worked well so far.
