No longer receiving payment notifications

This November I no longer receive Paypal payment notifications. No changes were made in my account, and the sender ([email protected]) is in my safe senders list.
Does anyone else experience the same problem?

It works fine for me. I received a couple in this month.

I would say PayPal is broken right now. I have money in my account, but it tells me I have nothing and to try again later. It's sluggish.Something is not right.

I'm not having a problem. Possibly it's an issue with your service provider versus with PayPal not sending them?
I did check the e-mails I received and they are from [email protected] - most recent from 123rf last night - so there's no change there. If you move money to your bank account via the PayPal UI, do you get the e-mail from PayPal confirming that? Or any other PayPal e-mails?

No, my last Paypal notification was sent on October 23 (payment from an agency), but I wasn't notified of a similar payment on Nov 2. The e-mail address [email protected] is not blocked, it's even listed as a trusted sender in my Outlook settings.
Payment Notifications
- I receive money with PayPal
- I request money or send an invoice with PayPal
- I receive PayPal Website Payments and Instant Purchase
These are all enabled.
I don't receive notifications for withdrawals to my bank account, or any other Paypal e-mails.
I've sent them an e-mail.
