Title: Paypal changing Legal Agreements

I just get mail from Paypal about changing Legal Agreements.

Has anyone else got that email?

Be sure it isn't fishing. I get a lot of fake paypal emails!

It's not fishing, I went to the site and opened the agreement update there. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that I understood everything correctly.
I would be grateful if an English speaker would read it and give us a heads up if necessary. Thanks.

Agree with you! Anyone have two different accounts (business and private) on Paypal ?
