Title: Illustration Review
Post by: rachell on October 20, 2006, 00:00
Hi All! I'm working on this illustration and feel I should do more on it (shadows around the hand), but am wondering if I should just leave it alone and mark it finished -- what do you guys think?

i think her nose is too pronounced. and perhaps the body behind her hand could be a little darker than her hand to show depth a little better.  Lastly, the line of her body on the left, matches the line on her left hand, perhaps these lines could be displaced a little.

ok... just my thoughts, take them for what they are... or aren't.

At first glance I thought the thumb nail was a nipple.  :o

Otherwise great start.

The rock on the finger should have a lot more detail since that is the focal point of the scene.

As meantioned be Yingyang, the rock needs a bit more bling.  And better placement of the thumbnail.
