Title: need critique of people shots at most photos

This  is  one  area  i  need  to  work  on.  However  i  uploaded  8  with  people  -  could  someone  give  me  a  critique  on  them?  And  any  others  if  you  will.

don't  know  what  i  did  wrong.  will  try  again  on  thurs  after  my  cataract  surgery.
