this is my first stock picture, i just started this week, i have used unsharp mask and clarity and vibrate with photoshop for the picture. I would like to get some suggestions and if this is OK for stock photo.

It's very noisy and not in focus. It looks like you just shot the back of your computer because it was nearby. Also, some sites may not accept that with the bar code and number.

There are several issues:
Noise and artefacts in overwhelming amounts.
Lack of details and resolution so it does not appear sharp.
Bad lighting. Note how dark and unresolved the areas that are out of focus are.
Composition/ framing/ crop.... the image is too cluttered with out of focus elements.
Camera/ postprocessing.
Either the camera cannot take pictures of high enough quality or the post processing has ruined the file.
Or both.
The artefacts look like those that come out of my cellphone camera.
