Anybody else issues with FTP connection?

Error:   Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Website is terribly slow as well

Envato's been hit with several DDOS attacks over the last week causing problems with their website and ftp. I did manage to upload via ftp yesterday and it worked for me but I'm not sure if it's entirely stable yet.
