Title: Updating a file not possible

A designer asked me to apply some modifications on one of my files for using it in a template. I have to re-upload it as an update, so I attached the new file, clicked on the submit button and after a minute i have a blank page with the message: "405 Not Allowed", my file is a 12mb one. I've tried 10 times with model release and without and nothing change.
One more time Photodune upload doesn't works, waste of time in a feudal age.

Update: I've just received a message saying my updated item has been approved, the designer contacted the team.
