Time to revive this thread.

I waited a year.  On Wednesday, I emailed PD support.  And so far no response.

On the 22nd I received my $12.   It took me a year +20 days, and a half-dozen emails.  But I did get paid.

all this for $12- I know it's not about the $$ but the principal but for this amount I cannot even get a soup, sandwich and soda at work...
