It should be done within an hour or two at most. I'd contact support.

I've learned through experience that my photos won't process if I close my web browser.  I leave my browser open, and it takes several hours, even if it's only processing five photos.

When mine works, it is a few minutes.  When mine don't work no amount of time has worked for me.  So I end up having to contact support.

Hi everyone!

Sorry to hear about the delay in upload processing. I'm assuming this is actually the delay in reviews pending (photos waiting to be reviewed) and not with photos waiting to be processed by the system before they enter the review queues. If it's the latter, please do let us know and we'll look into it right away as that's unusual and shouldn't be happening.

However, we've recently had an influx of submissions which has led to longer than usual review turnaround times. We did indeed reach roughly a 9-10 day turnaround at one point, but have been steadily reducing the wait times as the workload normalizes.

Thanks for your patience, everyone, while we catch up on the queues! :-)

No it's the constant churning and churning of "processing files".  I just quit and two days later they were finally there for me to submit for review.

Okay, thanks for letting us know. I'll check with the team to investigate why this happens / is happening.
