I hate agencies hiding contact info so deeply. It's like they would say "Just upload and be grateful as it is".

In one of the pages 'account' there is a lower form on the right ...
In the automatic response, They ensure that a response will be provided within 7 days ..
For three weeks I wait.

Then I have used it to answer them and it has worked.
I am not sure that it will work if you use it to contact them directly (for the first time).
