Congrats Orman. I also always like interviews with contributers so I'm looking forward to reading this one.  I've added it to my instapaper :)

It's mind boggling isn't it?  And if anyone think it sounds easy, we take photos and upload them, but those wordpress designers have to provide the support to their themes - so they have to answer thousands of queries.  I would loathe the customer service aspect of it.

Ugh, yes.  Now, instead of a few clients at a time, he has 25k?  At least he's got the overhead of two other people to help.
