Hi Sion,

Processing of uploaded files shouldn't be taking long periods of time. Perhaps there was an issue during uploading. If you can message me your marketplace username I can look into it for you. Thanks!

Mine took a long time yesterday.  You can move from the page and look back a few hours later, then its done.

Indeed and I'm used to it by now, it was never smooth in the first place but I don't mind as long as they get trough eventually.

I have accepted it as routine.  It normally takes hours to process a batch as small as a dozen files.  I just leave it and go about my business.  I'll check on it periodically.  For example, I'll upload in the morning and begin processing.  Check it right before getting some lunch.  Check it after lunch.  Check it at the end of the day.  If it's done, I'll submit 'em.  If not, I'll check it again the next morning.

I just uploaded 40 plus files and after an hour it's still twirling away.  Something definitely wrong.

Hi everyone,

After discussing and replicating the issue for our development team, they have identified and resolved the issue causing a delay in the processing of photos. Please let me know if you experience any other issues. Thanks everyone!

Nope, still the same, it's alright though, as long as the reviews are consistent (borderline though) and sales are happening I can wait a day for image processing.

Hi Wim,

You shouldn't still be experiencing the same delays as before, but I will get in touch with you shortly to gather some additional information for our developers to take a look. Thanks!
