Title: Remove an image at Photodune

Hi everybody, hope you can help me.
I have sold the rights from an image (for 6 months, for 6 dollar ...) at Dreamstime (from that moment I say no for sell the rights for new uploads), and I have to remove this images at all the other agencies. I understand that. Removing this image at Photodune, I thought I had done. Yesterday I received a mail from Dreamstime, they had discovered that this images was not completely gone, and urged me to do so.

I did it yesterday at Photodune, but the image is still there. Contact is very difficult, it can take days before they answer my question. What to do?

Are you serious ?!?

Anyway, try to contact them, maybe you will receive an answer..

Yep, 6$.
And the contact, I tried, but ik can take 5 days before they answer, was in the automatic reply :(

Ok. It's finally gone, so it took a while.
Still one agency to go. And ask Dreamstime never sold the rights again  >:(

yes, i am shaking my head too.
Ivonnew, $6 does not even cover the time of your workflow. selling the rights means giving it all away.
next time , think again. if someone wants to buy the rights from you,
it must mean a lot more than $6...
or else they will just download it and you earn a few pennies for the download.

if you look at dt default price for selling rights, you see it , realistic or not, is far more than $6
