Need to replace some AA rechargeable. Are Eneloops still the go-to ones?
-
they are for me.
haven't had a batch 'die' yet.

I'm using them in my underwater strobes. I rely on them because I can't just stop and replace if they die on me. So far they have been flawless. Mine are 3-4 years old and still ticking. About every five years or so I swap them out and get new ones, mainly for the reason I pointed out above.

They are NiMH batteries.
