Whenever I try to access commuity.adobe.com with my Windows computer with the Chrome browser and the Microsoft Edge browsers, I receive this message.

"You are not allowed to access this site"

However, I have no problems accessing the site with my ipad or my galaxy phone.

I have rarely used the site over the many years I've been using Photoshop and never had any issues there like bad behavior.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I might resolve this issue?

Try this:  https://community.adobe.com/

Thanks. I tried the link and in both browsers, and I'm still getting the message you're not allowed to access this site, but then it flips to ...

An Unexpected Error has occurred

Try refreshing your cookies. Maybe you have some old login info that is confusing the site.

Thanks ... I went in and cleared my cache including cookies in both browsers and now, I'm allowed back into the site. Go figure.

Appreciate your suggestion.

lol, I didn't even know they had forums, cool! :)

taking a quick look though - in a way a bit funny - the questions (at least for the contributor aspect) seem to be repetitive, along the lines of "when will my stuff get reviewed? how come this wasn't accepted?', etc, etc... anyways!

Maybe on a snow day, I'll go read again. I found the experience the same as yours. Same questions, over and over:  https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors/ct-p/ct-Stock-Contributors?page=1&sort=latest_replies&lang=all&tabid=all

Just checked on Firefox, Chrome and Edge, they all work. Desktop, Windows 10. No way to figure why the others here can't get access. It requires the same account as my Adobe login.
