Hi folks, I need a little help by using labels in Bridge.
Please, I do not want to edit or rename the 5 existing labels in Bridge. I just want to create new label. (6th, 7th and so on....).
So I want to add extra labels to have more than 5 labels. Does anybody know how to add extra labels into Bridge CS5?
Thanks.

Can't be done. Why not add the info you want in the keywords. It's easier to search keywords than labels.

If I'm not wrong once I found an article about it, not sure if it was by editing regedit or other, but I didn't bookmarked it. Or maybe I dreamed it. :0)
Regarding the keywords, it is not visual thing when listing the thumbnails in the content tab, so the use of labels are better, at least IMHO and needs. ;0).

You can hack the preferences file if you are adventurous and know your way around xml. http://gunar.wordpress.com/2010/05/19/create-custom-metadata-panels-in-cs5-with-xml/ (http://gunar.wordpress.com/2010/05/19/create-custom-metadata-panels-in-cs5-with-xml/)

Didn't see nothing related to add extra labels in that article. Where did you see it?
