Photoshop Tutorial - for Beginners and Intermediate Users

This is a 3 part series of tutorials where we will take an ordinary image and make it "LIGHT UP"
right in front of your eyes. We'll employ several techniques I have already covered in my tutorials here
but bring them all together in one BIG tutorial that will be covered in a series of tutorials.
