I can not see your video since I'm using an ipad wanna be tablet lol.  ;D
I use the eye dropper to make sure the RGB colors are R255 G255 B255.

Can't you view youtube videos on that tablet?

but, yeah, eyedropper was the first tool used, then a high contrast layer mask
