What is a "poller"?  Do you mean the overall rank / 7 days rank?

All seems good here so far and no other reports of this issue.
Did you cash out your balance by any chance?

No, it just went to zero from no reason. The first i though was, !someone has break into my acount and cash out the money!!! i checked and its all there, (besides im waiting one from last month so its no possible to cash out)
I have deactivated the plugin and re-activated and is the same.
If i click it actually goes to FT and automatically logs in, so its not a matter of password i would think.
Thank you

If you're waiting on a payout from fotolia it's possible they've just processed it (and so reset the credits amount in the left sidepanel to zero), sometimes there is a lag between them updating the database and actually sending the payment (it's been a few months since I cashed out there though so can't be certain).

If it's not reflecting new sales and/or you don't get a payout from fotolia in the next couple of days, (and you have checked for updates using the firefox addons panel), then please drop me an email on [email protected] and I'll get back to you with some questions to find out more about your specific setup :)

Noticed a very rare bug here (it's actually the fotolia website), it seems they occasionally output the balance as "#." ie. with the decimal point on the end but with no value after it. I'm guessing they have a wrong output specifier for a php sprintf call (or something similar). I'm guessing it's something to do with the small fractions of a cent sometimes earned by their referral programme.
Have updated the poller spec to account for it, and it shouldn't be a problem anymore :)
