Thumbnails

Do thumbnails work for anyone else? It is extremely rare to be able to see any of my images no matter how long they have been on the site. The mouse over feature works, otherwise it's just a page full of red Xs. Wonder if the buyer's side looks like this.

also lately, when I upload, unfinished images stay stuck in 'Processing' for a very long time. I usually come back the  next day to finish uploads.

I am sorry but I am not sure what do you mean by the problem with thumbnails. Do they show incorrectly? Can you please make a screenshot and send it to [email protected] so we can inspect it?

Uploaded images are usually processed in a few seconds. However, we have aquired quite a lot of images recently so it can take a little bit more - but usually not more than several hours. We are sorry for this - we are already working on a solution that will raise the system efficiency.

Thanks. I have just sent you two screenshots. What I mean is that none of the thumbnails show up. You have an empty white box with a small red x in the corner. If I move the mouse over where the image should be, then the image shows in a pop-up. This happens most, but not all mornings when I go to process images. It applies to all images, including those that have been accepted.

Using IE8. Just tried with Firefox and Chrome with same results

i usually experience a 20 - 30 min delay before i can see them, then they show (using ie8 as well). Lucie, how do i check sales stats and views? (don't mean to hijack thread...)

No worries. I discovered that I can see them from my home connection but not work. I'm the IT guy, so I'm not blocking them. I can see all thumbnails on all other sites, and I can see them on Pixmac if I hover the mouse, so it doesn't appear to by any firewall issue. My speed is faster at home, but it's still 3mb at work and again don't have issues with any graphics or images on any other site. Anyone have any ideas?
