Can I download my content in Pond5

Do you know if I can download my content that I upload in Pond5.
I lost all of it in pc.
I think in the past I can doit, but I know I dont find the area to download my content.

I know that you can download your videos one by one on "my uploads page - edit button", but for the whole portfolio I suggest you contact the P5 team for assistance.
