I was wondering if anybody got a double payment from Pond5. While I appreciate getting 100% royalties, it doesn't seem very fair. Just wondering if it was a widespread glitch or an isolated incident.

We didn't get anything... We hope that wasn't our share <_<

Do you mean two different payments or a single payment with doubled amount?
I noticed that in January I sold only one clip twice, at the same day and same time.
Maybe the glitch is there and not the payout?

Not sales, I was referring to payouts to Paypal.

it's normal here (payoneer)

Yes I received twice the payment, the money areon my PayPal account. I sent a site message to Pond 5
-
Only once (per account) here.
Maybe you got a late Christmas bonus. Yay. ;D

I guess they figured it out, and I issued them a refund.

My nice steady sales that were lasting for years turned into zero a couple of months ago.... so, no, I didn't notice any payment, not to mention a double one lol.

They say:
"If you are unable to refund the duplicate amount by Friday, February 24, 2017, we will offset this duplicate payment against your future Pond5 sales."
That's what I will do: Not that I need those few dollars now, but they* always pay us at least a month after sales occurred, and more if we don't reach limit. This time it's the other way around.
Playing with cash flow is a wonderful thing, isn't it?
*every agency, not just Pond5

while waiting for payment we received this;
"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with Skrill, one of our third-party payment providers. As a result, February 15 payouts will be delayed for all artists using Skrill as their payment option."
And in dashboard $22 is already taken away for Skrill fee... Skrill is going to Fee everything. Why don't they fee every login to their page too. Assholes.
